HVAC Sales Manager
Position Objective:
MG Recruiting is looking for an HVAC Service and Maintenance Sales Manager to join a well established South Metro company. In this role, your primary focus will be on the development new, organic business opportunities within the construction industry, armed with a unique collection of offerings that is unmatched in the marketplace. You will work closely with the sales staff to ensure the sales procedures are being implemented and will drive new business through cold calling, sales marketing, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ year of proven, profitable sales experience, preferably in the construction/mechanical industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Identify customer and marketplace trends and strategize to meet changing needs.
Have a keen understanding of sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management.
